    Abstract：

    近年来,社会的不断进步以及素质教育的执行,都要求现代教育不能仅注重教授文化知识,关键还要有意识地维护学生的心理健康,让学生可以有一个健全的人格.作为中职班主任除了要关心学生的学习与生活之外,更重要的是要留意学生的心理困惑或者心理问题,做好中职生的心理健康教育,帮助他们建立自信心,锻炼人际交往能力,从而为今后步入社会奠定基础.
