    Abstract：

    海相沉积地层中地下水丰富，因此对地下水治理及保护的工作是整个防水工程中最为重要的环节，本文结合工程实例，详细分析了地铁结构防水易失效的因素，以防水易失效的因素为基础，提出在海相沉积、富水地层明挖地铁结构防水施工技术要点，并重点对海相沉积地质条件下地铁车站各特殊部位防水措施以及地铁车站防水工程的验收等内容进行了探讨。
