    Abstract：

    为解决港航工程基槽开挖及港池疏浚环节出现的质量控制不严、技术管理滞后问题，规避由此引发的基槽超挖、边坡失稳风险，保障港航工程的顺利平稳运行，本文综合运用文献法、案例法展开研究。先简要介绍案例工程概况，指出其具有工期紧张、施工量大等鲜明特征，然后结合工程实际情况探讨技术使用方法，从基槽挖泥工序、边坡控制工序、港池疏浚工序等环节入手归纳重点。
