    在语文课堂上,教师要有创新精神,必然要求教师有先进的教学理念.陈旧死板的教育理念必然束缚教师的教学行为,迫使教师在教学中循规蹈矩,缩手缩脚.要实施创新教育,首先必须打破这种被动教学方式,以学生为根本,从学生心灵深处挖掘创新潜能,培养创新意识,激发创新精神,从而提高学生的创新能力.
