    Abstract：

    随着社会的不断进步,越来越多的教师和家长开始意识到心理健康教育在实际教学中的重要性,并尝试在课堂内外开展有效的心理健康教育工作.高中生群体虽然即将成年,但心理发育仍不成熟,又背负着较大的升学压力,很容易产生焦虑、消极等负面心理.如果教师和家长不能及时发现和疏导学生的心理问题,那么,学生的成长之路就会平添许多坎坷.基于此,本文针对高中心理健康教育现状与对策进行探讨分析,以供参考.
