    Abstract：

    为彻底改变教师的传统教学方式,我校自2016年起在全校进行教学改革,逐步分层实施"导探式"教学模式.目前,该教学模式已经成了我校最基本的一种教学模式,得到了多数教师的认可,在提升教学质量方面起到了较大的作用.
