    创新能力的培养是时代发展的必然,是素质教育发展的需要,是小学生未来发展和适应社会必须要具备的能力.因此,小学数学教师必须要将培养学生的创新能力作为教学的重要环节.小学数学教师应当采取多样化的教学方式,积极的展开对学生创新能力与创新意识的培养,使学生能够全方面的成长,成为未来社会中的栋梁之才.
