分层教学在高中化学教学中的应用探讨

Abstract：

分层教学就是教师根据学生的具体学习情况,结合每个学生的学习能力以及兴趣爱好进行因材施教,符合教学与发展理论,有助于调动学生学习的积极性,在一定程度上能够提高教学质量.分层教学比较重视学生的个体差异,教学过程中针对不同层次的学生,所采用的教学方法会有所不同,从而使每个学生都能够得到更好的发展.
