    问题解决是小学数学教学中,最为重要的教学环节,也是比较难的教学过程.通过创新教学形式、营造数学氛围、培养问题意识等手段,让小学生数学综合水平得以提升和锻炼,从而提高数学综合素养.本文从三个方面阐述相应的策略.
