Abstract：
高校学生社团是广大青年学生按照共同的兴趣和爱好自发组织起来的群众性组织,是高等教育改革的一项产物,具有自主性、群众性和松散性的特点.有研究表明,从不同类型学生团体在高校学生管理方面发挥作用的效能上看,学生社团组织仅次于团委和学生会,位列第三,已成为现在高校学生管理对象中的一个重要群体.由此可以看出,做好高校社团团建工作对促进整个高校学生管理工作有着重要意义.
