    "走好每一步,步步是关键."计算教学是数学教学中重要的一步,她贯穿于数学教学的全过程,直接关系着学生对数学基础知识与基本技能的掌握,关系着各种数学能力与非智力因素的培养和发展.如何提高学生的计算能力,让学生"正确、迅速、灵活、合理"地进行计算呢?在教学工作中,我进行了实践研究和探讨,取得了比较好的效果,总结了几点心得.
