    Abstract：

    心理健康教育是实施素质教育的重要内容之一,对促进学生全面发展有着重要意义.面对社会的飞速发展以及社会形式与结构的变化,人们的社会压力和心理压力越来越严重.在"高压"的大环境下,学生心理健康问题越来越突出,特别是高中生,面对高考的重大抉择,承受着心理和生理上的双重压力.为了促进学生健康可持续发展,高中阶段实施心理健康教育尤为重要.
