    财务共享中心的建设有助于企业管理水平的提上,但财务共享中心所需人才呈现规模大、专业性强等特点,导致其已经成为各地发展财务共享中心的最大障碍.因此,对于财务共享中心模式下,高校会计人才的培养显得尤为重要.
