    Abstract：

    在幼儿教育阶段,幼儿教师不仅要教授给幼儿各种文化知识,更为重要的一点在于,必须要激发和培养幼儿的自信心,而如何激发和培养幼儿的自信心,也是当前幼儿教育当中需要研究与实践的一项重要课题.对于幼儿而言,如果在学习与生活当中缺乏自信,就会形成一种不良的心理暗示,并会质疑自身的能力,不利于幼儿身心健康的成长.而只要幼儿具有了自信心,就可取得良好的学习效果,让幼儿能够获得成就感,培养幼儿的创新思维与创新能力,从而有效地提升幼儿的综合素质.
