    Abstract：

    本文以农村住房的处置方式为窗口,探究了推行新农村建设的必要性与可行性,以此带动经济增长,增加就业,提高农民收入.特别是东部沿海地区,农村的深层次改革正逢其时,集中居住可以置换出大量土地.因而,我们提出了节约土地,增加基本农田的策略.避免几十年后农村成为空心村,造成农村房屋的浪费.同时也为工业与房地产用地增加提供了可能性,为经济的可持续发展提供土地资源.
