Abstract：
农村教育的发展在近些年来一直受到高度的关注,经过各方的支持和不断努力,农村教学水平显著提高,但与城市相比依然存在很大差距,距离预期的教学效果也没有达到,比如农村中学英语教学的水平和质量就不高,学生的英语学习水平始终得不到真正的提升,严重影响了整体学习效果.农村学校要加强教育管理建设,初中英语教师也要注重在新课程理念的指导下,优化课堂教学模式,创设良好语言环境,开展丰富多彩的英语活动,这都有助于提高农村英语教学质量,促使学生们更加热爱学习英语.
