    Abstract：

    人文关怀的实质就是关心人、爱护人、尊重人,其核心基础就是对于人性的关怀.企业的运行、思想政治工作中的不可或缺的内容亦是人文关怀,保证推动企业的可持续发展、满足员工的精神领域的多角度、全方位的需求.本文主要分析了落实人文关怀必要性和重要性,在国有企业思想政治工作中的意义,浅述了在国有企业思想政治工作中加强人文关怀的现实意义,最后提出了在思想政治工作中人文关怀的实践思考和几种具体的方法.
