Abstract：
随着新课改的不断推进,提倡初中数学课堂合作学习模式对教学效果的提升具有重要作用,小组合作作为课堂合作学习模式的具体表现形式之一,不仅能提升初中数学课堂教学效果,还能引导学生自主思考和良性沟通,培养思辨能力和学历能力的养成,提升初中学生的综合数学素养.本文就合作学习模式中小组合作的课堂实施策略进行探究,通过对优势、现状的分析,提出有效的实施策略,以期有效的促进初中数学教学的课堂实效性,为学生未来的数学学科有序发展打下坚实基础.
