    Abstract：

    随着我国课程体系的不断完善,道德与法治成为了基础教育阶段的一门重要学科,不仅肩负着培养学生思想道德品质的重任,也承担着法治教育的基本职责,是依法治国理念在教育系统中的基本体现,且有利于推动学生的健康、全面发展.鉴于此,本文笔者以部编版小学道德与法治课本为例,结合学生的身心发展需求,重点探究了在本学科教学活动中融入法治教育的方法和策略,期望能够进一步提高教学质量,助力学生的长远发展.
