    Abstract：

    从当前的实际情况上看,大部分的农村幼儿园都在实行大班化教育,班级人数众多,导致教师的能力有限,无法兼顾到每一位幼儿.这样就无法真正的在教育当中做到因材施教,使教育的针对性和目的性大大丧失.因此,在现阶段,也应该不断地尝试小班化教育.通过这样的方式真正的推动幼儿的发展,让幼儿的诸多需求得到良好的满足.
