    现阶段,由于国内教育机构和家庭对食育这一观念的关注度不足,使得许多幼儿在学前教育阶段就没有得到完整的食育,存在大量不良的饮食习惯.同时,健康教育不仅旨在饮食健康,更应该有良好的就餐礼仪,本文就幼儿食育对礼仪养成的作用机制进行探讨.
