    Abstract：

    档案管理是每一个学校都需要引起重视的一件事情,是学校日常工作过程中的基础工作.现在,有很多学校的档案管理存在一些问题,由于这些问题的存在,使得档案资料本身的价值得不到有效的发挥,给各部门学科的教育评估带来了一定的影响.为此本文针对学校档案管理过程中存在的问题,进行了深入的分析,并介绍了相应的整改举措,目的是切实提升档案管理的质量,旨在促进学校健康持续的发展.
