当个班主任简单,当个好的班主任难.在二者之间,差别的不仅仅是教学方式或是管理手段,更重要的是在育人方面的能力.此文将通过笔者十五年来的教学经验,略述教学上的一点建议及班级管理的一点感受,最后讨论下育人的重要性.
