    Abstract：

    伴随着初中数学课堂教学改革的不断推进,初中数学教师正在不断尝试和创新各种新的教学模式.从传统的教学模式来看,对于初中阶段的学生来说,心理差异、生理差异都非常大,一刀切的模式限制了学生思维能力的提高,让部分学生的潜能没有得到发挥.对此,教师可就如何进行隐性分层教学进行探讨.
