    Abstract：

    班主任是实现科学管理的重要角色.在许多小学中,通常由学科老师担任班主任,尤其是数学老师.数学老师担任班主任的工作采用的是数学教学理念来管理班级可取得意想不到的效果.下面,本文分析了小学数学教师作为班主任的现状,分析了数学教师作为班主任的正反作用,着重探讨了将数学教学与班主任工作相结合的基本思想.
