Abstract：
随着时代的进步,人们对物质生活的需要得到了满足,于是人们越来与关注生活的品质,关心身体的健康,而人的身体健康则需要从小开始培养健康的生活方式,因此关心青少年的身体健康也成为了教育界关心的重点话题.所以就对青少年的体育课的开展提出了提出了更多的要求.本文就是结合了理论与实践对如何提高初中对体育课堂的积极性做出了分析和讨论.
