    学困生是学生中一个较为特殊的群体,在教学管理中,学困生教育和转化是教师义不容辞的责任.在学困生转化和教育中,心理素质教育是根本.因此,许多教师都主张以心理素质教育为抓手为学困生转化工作打好基础.文章以英语学困生为例,就如何借助心理素质教育提高学困生转化成效提出了几点建议.
