    Abstract：

    在现代化发展过程中,粮食管理局办公室后勤在管理工作中存在较多问题,粮食管理局后勤保障管理工作中普遍存在工作效率低下,信息化水平不足,同时工作人员专业素质偏低的问题.为了解决这个问题,需要加强信息化建设,创新后勤管理模式,提升工作人员的专业水平,这样才能解决后勤保障管理工作存在的问题,提升粮食管理局工作的效率,推动粮食管理局长久、健康的发展.
