    随着新课改的大范围实施,我国教育行业进入了快速的发展时期,各种各样的教学模式和教学方法出现在了人们面前.在高中教学过程中,体育教学是重要的组成部分,有效的体育教学不但能够提高学生的身体素质,同时还能够有效帮助学生提高综合素质,在高中教学中有着至关重要的作用.因此,一定要提高高中体育教学的有效性,提高学生的综合素质.
