    随着人民的生活水平不断提高,为了顺应时代的发展,基层群众艺术馆就需要不断地进行创新、改进,寻求新时代下发展新思路,为社会提供更多的公共文化艺术服务.基于此,本文将以群众艺术馆的任务和群众艺术馆的公共文化艺术服务现象为基础,探究其公共文化艺术服务的新走向,为相关研究提供参考.
