高校作为培养综合型、专业型人才的关键阵地,肩负着十分重大的责任,而高校体育保健课程作为提升学生综合素质的主要学科,在大健康背景下需要对其进行不断的探索和研究,使其能够有效开展,进而满足社会对人才的需求以及学生对学习的需求.本文结合大健康理念以及高校体育保健教学现状,对大健康背景下高校体育保健的教学策略进行探索,希望可以为更好的开展高校体育保健课程教学活动提供一些有价值的参考建议.
