Abstract：
兴趣是求知的内在动力.激发起学困生的兴趣,学习就会积极主动,学得轻松而有成效.但是学习兴趣不是天生的,主要在于教师如何引导学生,充分调动学生对学习的积极性和主动性,进而能创造性地学,最终达到优化课堂教学和提高教学效率的目的.所以笔者将从激发学困生对小学数学的学习兴趣入手,与同仁们分享笔者的实践与思考.
