    Abstract：

    随着素质教育推广的深入,国家对于教育也越来越重视,特别是对学生的主体地位更加的注重.新课程标准中提出:教师要尊重学生的主体地位,实施个性化教育,让学生不断的发展与进步.在初中数学课堂实施差异教学法是培养学生个性化的关键所在,让学生学习到更多的数学知识,促进学生的个性发展.本文针对如何将差异教学法在初中数学教学中进行有效运用这个问题进行探讨,并提出了几点有效运用的策略,希望可以帮助教师促进学生个性化.
