    Abstract：

    小学生核心素养在小学美术教学中起着关键性作用,所以,小学美术老师要对乡音完善的教学制度进行制定,以便更好的提高小学美术教学质量,进而可成功的为小学生营造最佳的创作空间,培养小学生的绘画能力、创造能力、想象能力等,最终培养小学生的核心素养.为此,文章对小学美术教学中的核心素养进行了概述,然后分析了小学美术教学中,培养学生核心素养的有效策略,旨在可以为相关业内人士提供有效的借鉴和参考.
