Abstract：
少先队是中国少年先锋队的简称,是由中国少年儿童的组成的一种群众组织,由于诸多因素,一些学校将改革的视角和重点投向教育教学,把办学目标牢牢地盯在教学成绩上,忽视了少先队工作在学校发展中的作用,导致少先队组织名存实亡,活动开展不经常,严重影响了少先队工作的发展和少年儿童的身心发展.如何正视这些问题,采取针对性措施,提高少先队工作效率,成为摆在少先队工作者面前的一个重要课题.
