    Abstract：

    重视小学生的心理健康教育已经是当今社会教育的重中之重,因为积极向上的心理是学生完成课堂学习的基础.教师在对学生的心理健康教育方面也应该总结出自己的方法与经验,引导学生具有更加健康的心理.本文主要从三个方面来阐述班主任在开展教学的过程中需要注意的方法与策略,分别是心理与健康、观察与实践、方法与途径.
