    在近几年的教育改革过程中,我们的教育方针,随着素质教育的发展方向也在逐渐发生一些变化,更加倾向于以人为本的教育理念,这种教学方式,能够综合提升学生的学习能力,本文将具体分析在小学语文教学过程中,应该如何围绕以人为本的教学理念开展教学,帮助学生来更好地提升自身的语文学习素养,增强语文的学习兴趣.
