认真倾听是教师在教学过程中必不可少的行为,它直接影响教学效果.小学生不会与生俱来就有倾听的能力和良好的倾听习惯,这不仅需要教师的悉心培养,还需要从根源上激发出小学生们参与数学活动的兴趣以及热情,端正学生学习数学知识的态度,增强学生们的数学能力,提高总体数学教学课堂的效率以及质量.
