    Abstract：

    在传统教学观念的影响下,教师一般认为能够提高学生数学成绩的教学就是高效的教学.但随着新课程改革的不断深入,对数学教学的要求就不仅仅是使学生掌握基础的数学知识,提高学生的数学成绩这么简单了,而是要更多地培养学生的数学素养,提升学生的数学能力.基于此,文章对新课改背景下如何构建初中数学的高效课堂进行了简单的实践研究.
