    小学阶段的班主任是学生但认知路上的带头人,可以说班主任是学生在学校生活中的父母,更是学生心理的港湾.因此小学班主任一定要特别关心小学生的心理健康,提高小学生的心理素质,班主任是学校开展心理健康教育的不要执行人,对班集体以及学生的成长有着关键的作用.因此小学班主任一定要特别关注学生的心理健康,教师要善于发现学生的优点以及缺点,给予每位学生心理的安全感,让学生能够获得集体归属感,懂得尊重学生幼小的心灵.本篇文章将讲述小学班主任应该如何关心学生的心理健康问题.
