    本文笔者认为,搞好小学数学的原则和前提有两个,一是对教学目标的把握,二是对教学内容的把握.本文研究了如何切实遵循和把握小学数学目标,确定教学内容后,研究和运用各种教学方法,从而搞好小学数学教学,促进学生的数学素养和能力.
