    Abstract：

    企业财务目标是企业理财活动希望实现的结果.正确的目标是系统良性循环的前提,企业财务管理的目标对企业财务管理系统的运行也具有同样的意义.在设立企业财务目标之前,需要遵循一些基本原则和考虑一些影响因素.针对企业财务目标的确定,理论界有很多理论,本文通过分析几种主要的企业财务目标观点,为企业财务管理目标的选择和实现提供理论依据.
