    集体备课已经老生常谈的问题了,大家普遍认为既浪费时间又没有什么作用,特别是语文课,大家各出心裁,但是很多课花架子太多,能够遵循课程标准进行教学,贯穿国家教育方针的很少,特别是集体备课,本文从计划的制定,内容的确定,格式的统一,教学目标的制定包括使用都做了一系列论述,具有很强的操作性.只有把集体备课落到实处,形成习惯,让每个老师觉得是一种需要,才能提高教学质量.
