    乡村振兴,关键在人.人才振兴是乡村振兴的前提和重要支撑,要把人才培养放在首要位置,畅通技术、管理、智慧的通道,造就更多乡村振兴人才.高职院校是高技能应用型人才培养的主要阵地,要主动担当,聚力乡村振兴,积极营造全社会敬农、重农、爱农的氛围,引导全社会共同行动.
