Abstract：
对于教师来说,在具有足够幸福感的前提下将会打造出更高质量的课堂和实现更高效率的教学,因此如何有效提升教师幸福感已经成为一个必须重视的首要问题,基于此,本文主要探索一种通过搭建动静平台的方式来有效增强教师们的幸福感体验的方法,具体可表现为"寻找感动,选树榜样""多彩活动,点缀校园""完善制度,协作共进"以及"加强培训,深化业务"这四个方面.
