    Abstract：

    随着我国教育事业的不断发展,在重视小学数学教学成果的同时,对培养学生的思维能力也给予了高度的重视,并且对教师提出了新的教学要求.教师在教学过程中,要将传统的教学模式进行改变,尊重学生的主体地位,考虑学生的实际情况和个体差异性,制定合理的教学计划,有效的培养学生的思维能力,促进学生的全面发展.本文对如何在小学数学教学中培养学生思维能力提出合理的教学措施,以供教师参考.
