Abstract：
有些学生由于兴趣不大,方法不当,或由于教师教法不当而导致英语成绩不理想,从而成为后进生,失去学习英语的兴趣和动力.笔者结合自身教学经历,并提出几点转化后进生的建议,希望教师可以理解、尊重和善待后进生,不断探索,不断实践,不断创新,使后进生不断取得进步.
