    Abstract：

    体育游戏属于一项身体活动,该项活动对体力与智力进行了有效的结合,在中学体育教学中合理、有效的运用体育游戏,可以有效激发学生的学习热情,促进学生对体育运动的兴趣,提升体育课堂教学效率,对其教学任务能够高效完成.为此本文主要对体育游戏进行了简单的概述,然后详细地分析了体育游戏在中学体育教学中的作用,最后研究了体育游戏在中学体育教学中的应用策略.
