    随着我国社会经济不断的发展,人们的生活水平得到了很大程度上的提升,并且逐渐的从之前的物质需求转变成为现在的精神追求.近年来,我国对于群众文化建设和发展非常的重视,并且经过多年的实践发现,其与公共文化有着非常紧密的关系.基于此,本文主要针对构建公共文化服务体系中的群众文化发展策略进行了详细的分析,希望能够为相关人员提供一些帮助.
