    Abstract：

    运算能力是一项基本的数学能力,是根据法则、公式等正确进行运算,并理解算理,能够根据问题条件寻求合理简捷的运算途径.可见,运算能力的构成并不只是简单应用机械重复已学的法则和公式,还包括学生对所学知识的体验、选择与主动建构.在培养学生核心素养的教育时代中,教师必须注重提高学生的运算能力.因为在提高学生运算能力的过程中,学生的记忆能力、理解能力、逻辑分析和推理能力、数学思维等都会有所提高,从而在很大程度上促进了学生数学素养的发展.
